At Hansø Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Hansø Home packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
